Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a flexible role in a welcoming primary school? A fantastic three-form entry primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated HLTA to support their Year 5 class. The school is open to both full-time and four-day-per-week applicants, offering a supportive environment where staff and students thrive.

Responsibilities

📚 Lead small group interventions to support student progress
👩‍🏫 Assist in lesson planning and deliver engaging learning activities
🌟 Provide 1:1 support to pupils who need extra help
📝 Cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Requirements

✔️ HLTA qualification or extensive TA experience with additional responsibilities
✔️ Experience working in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
✔️ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔️ Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
