Are you an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 teacher ready for your next adventure? A vibrant and supportive primary school in Maidenhead is looking to welcome a new team member this September!

Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time position, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly supportive team. You will be responsible for delivering imaginative and engaging lessons across Key Stage 1, helping to nurture pupils' early academic skills and love of learning. You’ll play a key part in building children’s confidence and curiosity, supporting their transition through this vital stage of education.

Responsibilities:

🔵 Design and deliver imaginative, age-appropriate lessons that captivate and motivate Key Stage 1 pupils, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.
🔵Track and evaluate pupil progress regularly, tailoring your approach to support diverse learning styles and individual needs.
🔵 Create a nurturing, well-managed classroom where children feel safe, encouraged, and ready to learn.
🔵 Offer clear, constructive feedback to help children flourish both in their learning and personal development.
🔵 Work closely with fellow staff, families, and support teams to promote each child’s success and overall well-being.
 
Requirements:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
✅ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and nurturing environment for KS1 students.
✅ A creative and flexible approach to teaching, ensuring lessons are fun, inspiring, and tailored to the needs of young learners.
✅ A strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of every child.
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK.

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
