Are you passionate about supporting young learners in their early education journey? A welcoming and vibrant first school in Windsor is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom, working closely with teachers to support children in their learning and development.
Responsibilities
📚 Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
👩🏫 Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
🌟 Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
📝 Help with classroom organisation, resources, and general admin tasks.
Requirements
✔️ Previous experience working with KS1 children (desirable but not essential).
✔️ A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
