An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Bracknell is seeking a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025. This role involves supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, either within the classroom or through targeted group and one-to-one interventions. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop key academic and social skills. Responsibilities
📚 Provide targeted support to KS2 pupils in core subjects
👩🏫 Assist the class teacher with planning and classroom management
🧠 Support children with varying levels of ability, including those with SEN
🎯 Deliver small group or 1:1 interventions to boost progress
🤝 Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements
✅ Experience supporting children, ideally within a primary school
✅ A confident understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum
✅ Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Relevant education-related qualifications (desirable but not essential)

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
