You’ll be delivering a well-structured PSHE curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students, covering topics that support their personal, social, and emotional development. This school has a strong pastoral ethos and really values the impact of PSHE teaching in helping students feel supported, confident and informed.
📝 Responsibilities (what you'll be doing):
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate PSHE lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Create a safe and respectful classroom environment for open discussion
- Work with existing lesson plans and resources provided by the school
- Provide feedback on pupil engagement and behaviour to the Head of PSHE
- Contribute positively to the school community and support student wellbeing
- You're a qualified teacher (QTS or QTLS) with experience delivering PSHE or pastoral-based subjects
- You’re looking for regular supply work in one setting, with a bit of structure
- You’re passionate about supporting young people with real-life skills and knowledge
- You’re confident managing a classroom and building rapport with students
- You’re flexible, reliable and happy to jump in where needed
All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
