Role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with complex needs
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
- Help the child engage with classroom activities and manage social interactions
- Support emotional and behavioural development.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (preferred)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to the child’s progress and well-being
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete training before starting)
Pay: £95.00 per day PAYE & Holiday Pay.
