Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Use ABA/VB techniques to support learning and communication
- Work collaboratively with therapists and teaching staff to implement EHCP targets
- Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Track and assess pupil progress, adjusting strategies where needed
- Engage with parents and carers to provide regular updates and support
- QTS and Enhanced DBS.
- Experience working with students with autism and complex needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for SEN education and a child-centred approach
