An friendly and supportive school in Bracknell is seeking a passionate Class Teacher to join their team on a flexible basis from September. As the Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. This role is open to experienced teachers and ECTs.
Responsibilities
📚 Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to a range of learning abilities
📝 Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
🤝 Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
🌱 Create a positive learning environment that promotes well-being and resilience
🔔 Participate in school events, staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
🎓 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
💡 Strong classroom management and organisational skills
🧠 Passionate about primary education and pupil development
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🇬🇧 Right to work in the UK
