About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning and development. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support for pupils who need extra help, and encouraging positive engagement in lessons. Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
🔹 Support students with their learning, both individually and in small groups
🔹 Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
🔹 Provide additional support to children with special educational needs (SEN) if required
🔹 Encourage students' confidence and independence in their learning
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable
✅ A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ An understanding of safeguarding and child protection
✅ Right to Work in the UK and a willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check
