Looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? We’re hiring Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in the Bucks and Berks area. With ad hoc, temporary, and short-term roles available, you’ll have the flexibility to work around your schedule.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and help pupils achieve their potential, including working with children with special educational needs.

Responsibilities
📚 Assist with classroom activities and provide one-on-one support where needed.
👩‍🏫 Help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive environment.
🌟 Support pupils with SEN to ensure their learning needs are met.
📝 Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans.

Requirements
✔️ Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
✔️ A passion for supporting young learners.
✔️ Flexibility and adaptability to meet school needs.
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
