In this role, you will collaborate with teachers to assist students in their learning, providing support both one-on-one and in small groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education who is eager to make a positive impact on the development of young learners.
Key responsibilities:
🔑Provide individual or small group support to students, helping them with their learning.
🔑Collaborate with the teacher to plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons.
🔑Prepare and modify learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
🔑 Build strong, positive relationships with students, encouraging their confidence and participation.
🔑Monitor student progress and offer feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
📋A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's growth and learning.
📋Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
📋Strong communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
📋Relevant qualifications or a willingness to engage in ongoing training.
