Key Responsibilities: - Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
- Work 1:1 and with small groups to help pupils overcome learning barriers
- Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assist with behaviour management and pupil engagement
- Help prepare and organise teaching resources and materials
What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (in a school or similar environment)
- A calm, proactive, and supportive approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A strong interest in supporting children's progress and well-being
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
