As a Teaching Assistant in Year 5 you will collaborate closely with teachers to support and enhance students' learning, providing tailored assistance both on an individual basis and in small groups. Responsibilities:
🟣Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups in Year 5.
🟣Collaborate with the teacher to design and implement engaging and interactive lessons.
🟣Adapt and prepare resources to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of all students.
🟣Build positive, nurturing relationships with students, helping to boost their confidence and encourage active involvement in class.
🟣Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and insights to the teaching team.
Requirements:
✅A true passion for supporting children's development and learning.
✅Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
✅Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
