We are working with a welcoming primary school in Hayes who are seeking a passionate and skilled Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full-time role, but the school is happy to consider part-time for the right candidate. It’s a well-run, supportive school with a strong focus on professional development and staff wellbeing.
As a Class Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. You’ll plan and deliver exciting lessons that inspire your pupils and help them thrive academically and personally.
Responsibilities
📚 Teach and inspire a Year 3 class with engaging, well-planned lessons
👩🏫 Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
🌟 Build strong relationships with pupils and families
📝 Track and report on pupil progress and development
Requirements
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 3
✔️ Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
✔️ A proactive and nurturing approach to teaching

If you carry out a long-term Class Teacher role with Supply Hive, you will be paid to your MPS.
