1:1 Teaching assistant

We're looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ascot, supporting a pupil on an individual basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping children reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Adapt learning activities to meet the pupil's individual needs
• Encourage confidence, independence and engagement
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies
• Monitor progress and celebrate achievements, both big and small

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting
• Is patient, caring and resilient
• Can build strong, trusting relationships
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one
