The Role
- Full-time

- 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning
- Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour
- Create a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting
- Patient, resilient and compassionate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confident supporting children with additional needs
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed
