About the Role
We are looking for a caring, committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil who needs individual guidance throughout the school day. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real impact on a child’s confidence, progress and overall school experience.

- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a child with additional learning or behavioural needs
- Helping the pupil stay focused, engaged and confident in lessons
- Breaking down tasks and adapting activities to meet their individual needs
- Supporting social skills, emotional regulation and communication
- Liaising with the class teacher and SENCo to follow support plans
- Assisting with transitions, daily routines and supervision
✨ What the school is looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEND or 1:1 needs (preferred)
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and consistency
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
