Drama Teacher

Are you a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher looking for your next role? We’re supporting a vibrant secondary school seeking a passionate Drama specialist to join their performing arts team. The school values imagination, confidence-building and delivering high-quality productions throughout the year.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Teach Drama across KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Plan and deliver engaging, expressive and practical lessons
• Prepare students for assessments and performances
• Support school productions, drama clubs and enrichment activities
• Create an inclusive, energetic and safe space for creative expression
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Work collaboratively with the wider Performing Arts department

✨ What we are looking for:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong background in Drama, theatre or performing arts
• A confident, enthusiastic and creative teaching approach
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Someone passionate about developing students' confidence and performance skills
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
