EYFS Teacher – Reading 
We are seeking a caring, creative and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Reading. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early years development and creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
About the Role:
You will lead a warm and engaging early years classroom, delivering high-quality teaching that supports pupils’ social, emotional and academic development. The school is looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and committed to giving children the best possible start.
✨ Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s progress through accurate and meaningful observations
• Work closely with support staff to deliver personalised learning
• Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community
• Promote early language, phonics, social skills and independence
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child welfare
• Contribute to planning, staff meetings and school events
• Support the creation of exciting indoor and outdoor learning areas

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience within EYFS (Nursery or Reception)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Warm, patient and child-centred approach
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning opportunities
