EYFS Teacher – Reading Full-Time | Primary School | ASAP or January Start

We are supporting a welcoming primary school in Reading seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team. If you’re passionate about giving children the very best start to their education, this role is perfect for you.

✨ The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning across the EYFS framework
• Support children’s early development in communication, social skills, phonics, and early maths
• Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
• Use observations and assessments to track progress and tailor support
• Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies at all times

🧑‍🏫 What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT
• Experience working in EYFS (Nursery or Reception)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Creative, patient, and nurturing approach
• Confident at planning, observations, and early phonics teaching
