HLTA Reading Berkshire

We are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming primary school in Reading.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking to take on a varied role supporting teaching and learning across the school.

The role will include:

• Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
• Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions
• Working closely with teachers to support pupil progress
• Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold HLTA status or have relevant experience at HLTA level
• Have experience working within a primary school setting
• Be confident leading a class when required
• Be flexible, proactive and supportive
