About the Role
A secondary school in Slough is seeking a calm, confident and compassionate Inclusion Room Manager to lead and support students who require additional pastoral and behavioural support within the school day.
This is a key pastoral role where you will play a vital part in helping students regulate emotions, rebuild confidence and successfully re-engage with learning. You will work closely with the behaviour, SEN and safeguarding teams to provide a structured, safe and supportive environment for students who need it most.

Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Inclusion Room
- Support students with behavioural, emotional and social needs
- Help students reflect, reset and return to lessons successfully
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with key pastoral staff
Requirements
- Experience supporting young people with SEMH / behaviour needs
- Calm, resilient and nurturing approach
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
