Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (School Pre-school)

Supply Hive is currently support a welcoming primary school in High Wycombe who is looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their school preschool team on a full-time basis.

You’ll work alongside a caring group of professionals to create a positive and inclusive environment that helps every child flourish and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

🟣 Work alongside the preschool lead and teaching staff to plan and deliver exciting, play-based learning experiences.
🟣 Support the preparation of engaging resources, activities, and classroom displays.
🟣 Provide individual and small-group support to children, including those with additional needs.
🟣 Encourage positive behaviour and model kindness, curiosity, and respect in all interactions.
🟣 Foster children’s personal, social, and emotional growth, promoting independence and confidence.
🟣 Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, sharing updates on children’s progress and well-being.

Requirements:

✅ A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
✅ Proven experience working with young children in an Early Years or preschool setting.
✅A team-focused attitude, with the ability to use initiative and work independently when needed.
✅An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
