Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (School nursery)

Supply Hive is supporting a welcoming primary school in High Wycombe to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for their nursery class to start after half term.

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the EYFS team and support high-quality provision within the nursery setting.

Responsibilities:

🟣Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
🟣Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued.
🟣Observe, assess and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journeys and next steps.
🟣Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
🟣Promote positive behaviour and support children’s well-being.
🟣Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider EYFS team.
 
Requirements:

✅Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
✅Good knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework.
✅Experience working with nursery-aged children, ideally within a school setting.
✅A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
✅ A valid DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
✅ The legal right to work in the UK.
