Primary Teacher

A lovely, well-supported primary school in Wokingham is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a caring school community that values creativity, high standards, and pupil wellbeing.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging, high-quality lessons
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities
• Maintain effective behaviour management strategies
• Ensure safeguarding and pastoral needs are always prioritised

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom practice and behaviour management
• Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils
• A proactive, reflective and flexible approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
