This is a temporary supply role.
We’re looking for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to join supportive primary schools in Reading. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping children learn, grow and feel confident in the classroom.
✨Responsibilities:
- Support learning across the class, small groups and 1:1
- Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery
- Help create an engaging and positive learning environment
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs when required
- Encourage good behaviour and positive relationships
✨What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
- Friendly, reliable and confident approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
