  • Help pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and transition between lessons or activities
  • Encourage engagement and motivation, celebrating every step of progress
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, TAs and therapists to ensure a joined-up approach
About you:
  • Experience working with children/young people with Autism or additional needs is an advantage
  • Calm, patient and adaptable, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Able to support pupils who may present with challenging behaviour or sensory needs
  • A positive, resilient role model who is enthusiastic about helping students achieve their best
  • Willingness to learn new strategies and approaches with training and guidance provided
Why this role?
  • Be part of a supportive, inclusive SEN school environment
  • Access training in Autism strategies and wider SEN approaches
