About the Role
Supply Hive are looking for an LSA to join a brilliant team supporting young people aged 16–24 with EHCPs as they build independence and confidence for adulthood.
Learners work towards Independent Living, Employability and Functional Skills qualifications. You’ll support learners in both classroom and real-life learning environments, helping them develop confidence, life skills and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support learners 1:1 and in small groups
- Assist with classroom and practical life-skills sessions
- Support confidence in real-world tasks
- Encourage positive behaviour, social interaction and emotional regulation
- Work closely with tutors to meet EHCP outcomes
- Help maintain a calm, respectful, learner-centred environment
- Experience working with young people, ideally with SEN/EHCPs
- A patient, calm and reliable nature
- Confidence supporting practical learning
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic IT and record keeping
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
