Supply Hive are working alongside a large specialist secondary setting supports pupils with complex autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, communication needs and physical disabilities. The environment is therapy-led, highly structured and extremely supportive for both pupils and staff.

You’ll be working closely with therapists and teachers to support pupils with communication, sensory, mobility, life-skills and personal care as needed.

✨ Responsibilities

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 1:1 and small group support
• 🗣 Supporting communication and sensory regulation
• 🧩 Assisting with therapy-based learning and independence skills
• ♿ Supporting personal care and mobility where required

✅ Requirements

• Experience with complex SEND, autism or PMLD (or a strong desire to move into this area)
• A caring, resilient and proactive attitude
• Comfortable supporting personal care where required
• Right to Work in the UK & willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS
