You’ll be involved in:
- Helping students in small groups or 1:1 — supporting their learning, confidence, and personal development.
- Supporting vocational or life-skills pathways (could be construction, creative, life skills, or work-readiness programmes).
- Working with young people with a range of needs — including SEND, SEMH, or those with an EHCP — helping them engage, feel supported and make progress at their own pace.
- Care about young people and want to help them find their strengths
- Are flexible, empathetic, and ready to support learners who may have had a difficult time in mainstream school
- Believe in a supportive, personal, trauma-informed approach (because many learners at NMT benefit from that)
