This is a temporary supply role.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities
- Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
- Helping create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
- Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care
- Providing support to students with additional needs when required
- Helping with classroom preparation, resources and supervision
✨ What the schools are looking for:
- Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred)
- A kind, patient and confident approach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
