Teaching Assistant

Are you a supportive, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? We're working with fantastic schools across Slough who are seeking TAs that can make a real difference in the classroom.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities
• Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning
• Helping create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
• Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care
• Providing support to students with additional needs when required
• Helping with classroom preparation, resources and supervision

✨ What the schools are looking for:

• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred)
• A kind, patient and confident approach
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
