Teaching Assistant – Bracknell

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Bracknell. This role is open to candidates who are happy to support all year groups, from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.

The Role

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
• Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management
• Supporting children with different learning needs where required

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (school, childcare, volunteering, or similar)
• A positive, patient, and supportive attitude
• Ability to work across different year groups
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
