Teaching assistant

We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to work in supportive and welcoming primary schools in Bracknell.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development and wants to gain valuable experience in a school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
• Working with small groups of pupils to support learning
• Providing 1:1 support for children who may need additional help
• Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children (school experience desirable but not essential)
• Is patient, enthusiastic and reliable
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about helping children reach their full potential
