The role:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Working with small groups or providing 1:1 support to pupils
- Helping create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting children with different learning needs
What schools are looking for:
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring or similar)
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to local schools when needed
