Teaching assistants

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity this September? We’re working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Reading, Bracknell, and Wokingham who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic TAs to support their classrooms.

The Role:

• Supporting teachers with classroom learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Working with small groups or providing 1:1 support for pupils
• Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and general school support

What schools are looking for:

• Previous experience working with children (school experience preferred)
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting children's wellbeing
