Supply Hive are working alongside a provision that offer a variety of programmes: Construction Multiskills, Creative Arts, Life Skills, Work & Study — all designed to give learners real-world skills and a second chance. 

Your role could include:

• Running practical sessions: construction, creative arts, life skills, work-readiness — helping learners develop skills, teamwork, attitudes to work. 
• Supporting with basic skills (English, Maths, life/social skills) alongside the practical work, helping learners to get “ready for adulthood or work”. 
• Offering a calm, approachable, supportive presence — many learners come with additional needs or previous negative experiences of education. 

Perfect if you:

• Have a hands-on background or are comfortable learning on the job
• Believe in second chances, alternative education, and a person-centred, flexible approach
• Want to make a real difference — helping young people gain confidence, skills, and hope
