About the Role
Supply Hive is supporting an established primary school in Windsor that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team in September on a one year contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate KS2 teacher to make a positive impact within a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
🟣 Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
🟣 Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment that supports pupil progress.
🟣 Assess, monitor and report on pupil attainment and development.
🟣 Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND or additional needs.
🟣 Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders.
🟣 Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and well-being.
Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ A proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching
✔️ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
