Year 5 Teacher

We are looking for a motivated and confident Year 5 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Reading.

This role would suit a teacher who enjoys KS2 teaching and can create a positive, engaging learning environment for pupils.

The role:

• Teaching a Year 5 class
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
• Planning, preparation and assessment (with support available)
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with the wider staff team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (or is an ECT)
• Has experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 5
• Is confident with classroom and behaviour management
• Is reliable, adaptable and a team player
