What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young adults with SEMH or related needs (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive outlook.
- The ability to build trust and relationships with students who may have complex or traumatic backgrounds.
- A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in both one-to-one and group settings.
- Helping students overcome barriers to learning and engaging them in education.
- Assisting the class teacher in managing behaviour positively and creating an inclusive, safe environment.
- Providing emotional and social support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and self-regulation skills.
Pay: £99.00 Per day.
