As a Supply Teacher, you'll play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom routines, and supporting student learning across various schools. You’ll be working on a day-to-day or short-term basis, with opportunities to move into longer-term roles if desired. This is an ideal role for experienced educators or ECTs who are adaptable, confident, and passionate about making a positive impact.

Responsibilities 📚
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
  • Provide feedback to school staff following the school’s procedures
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Classroom experience in a UK school
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
