An friendly and village style primary school close to Marlow is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team in the coming weeks.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver personalised support to pupils both 1:1 and in small groups. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children grow and who is keen to make a positive impact within a vibrant and close-knit school community.
Responsibilities:
🔵Provide tailored assistance to pupils, whether one-on-one or in small groups, to support their educational progress.
🔵Work with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
🔵Modify and develop educational resources to meet the diverse learning needs of individual students.
🔵Build strong, encouraging connections with learners to help boost their self-esteem and engagement.
🔵Monitor students’ development and share insightful observations with the teaching staff to inform future lessons.
Requirements:
✅ A genuine enthusiasm for helping children grow and succeed in their learning.
✅ Prior experience in a support role is advantageous but not a requirement.
✅ Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
✅Right to work in the UK.
✅DBS on the update service or willing to obtain a new one.
