As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping students achieve their full potential. You will work closely with children across a variety of age groups, including those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in their learning.

Responsibilities

📚 Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
👩‍🏫 Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
🌟 Support children with SEN to ensure they can access the curriculum
📝 Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

✔️ Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
✔️ A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
✔️ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
