The Role:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Assessing progress and adapting lessons to meet individual needs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or is on track to achieve it
• A passionate and motivated ECT looking to develop their teaching career
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable attitude
