About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive school in Reading this September.

- Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions
- Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams
- Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- HLTA status or equivalent experience
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A confident and proactive approach
- Good understanding of the UK curriculum
- A passion for supporting children’s development
