About the Role

Responsibilities 💛
- Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and routines
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
- Creating a calm, supportive learning environment
- Experience working with children with SEND (school-based or similar)
- A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
- Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional needs
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Right to Work in the UK
