About the Role
Supply Hive are working alongside this specialist provision which supports children and young people aged 4–19 with a wide range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, physical and sensory needs, and severe to profound learning difficulties. The Role
As a SENTA, you’ll be a key part of a caring and collaborative team, providing hands-on support to pupils throughout the school day. You’ll help students access learning, develop communication skills and build independence, working closely with teachers and wider professionals to deliver consistent, pupil-centred support.

- Helping pupils access personalised learning activities and routines
- Using communication-focused and low-arousal approaches to support engagement
- Working towards individual EHCP targets and outcomes
- Promoting wellbeing, independence and positive relationships
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people (SEN experience ideal but not essential)
- A calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Confidence working with pupils with complex and diverse needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
