About the Role
Supply Hive are working alongside a lovely special school looking for SENTAs to satrt ASAP. The school is built around an atmosphere of playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy, where pupils are supported to feel safe, valued and understood every day. Learning is shaped around each individual child, with a strong focus on holistic development, celebrating difference and helping pupils make meaningful progress both in and beyond the classroom.
The school supports children and young people aged 2–19 with a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism and additional physical or sensory needs. Staff work closely as a team to create a calm, nurturing and highly structured environment where relationships come first and every small step forward is celebrated.
The Role
As a SENTA, you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils throughout the school day, working closely with teachers and wider professionals to help students access learning, develop communication skills and build independence.
