Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a committed and creative SEN Teacher to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a school that puts pupils first. The role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — influencing how things are done, working in a close-knit team, and growing professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
• Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
• Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable
• Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (e.g. SCERTS, Routes for Learning) is a strong advantage
• Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education
