Candidate Profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
- Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable
- Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (e.g. SCERTS, Routes for Learning) is a strong advantage
- Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education
