Teaching assistant - Now or September

Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within welcoming primary schools across Bracknell from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates looking to gain classroom experience, or individuals with transferable skills who are keen to make a positive impact in education.

The Role

• Supporting pupils in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Assisting children with additional learning needs where required
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting behaviour management and pupil wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
